Driving Environmental
Consciousness
We are committed to sustainable operations and have taken concrete steps to reduce our environmental impact. By installing solar panels across multiple production facilities and offices at Balakong as well as at Penang, we have lowered our carbon emissions and decreased dependence on non-renewable energy. Our solar panels across all facilities generate 6,500+ GJ annually, directly powering production while cutting emissions.
Environmental responsibility is embedded in every stage of our work. We design energy-efficient façades using high-performance glazing such as Double-Glazed Units (DGU) with Low-E coatings to improve thermal insulation and reduce energy consumption. Our systems are developed to meet leading green building certifications, including LEED, GreenRE, and the Green Building Index (GBI), supporting more sustainable construction practices. During fabrication and installation, we actively implement recycling programs for aluminium off-cuts, glass, and other materials to minimize waste. Additionally, through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we optimize material planning to further reduce waste while improving design accuracy and efficiency.

To stay ahead in a rapid evolving industry, our teams undergo continuous training in façade technologies, BIM modelling and sustainable materials.

In addition to that, through BIM modelling, we conduct comprehensive lifecycle analysis and maintenance planning, optimizing façade designs for long term durability, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. We are also committed to data transparency, sustainable material sourcing and adhering to ABAC law that every project is executed with integrity and environmental responsibility.
